what would be considered a fair salary increase if the company no longer allowed you a company car for work use....consider insurance, gas, repairs etc?

Depending on the type of car $500 a month would cover a basic and go up from there for a more expensive model, plus gas.

This would be for a new car. It's a lease payment, insurance, and plates and maintenance. If you where being provided use of a new car then yes it's worth approx $6k a year
