2000 toyota tacoma 4 x 4 V-6 engine light. Diagnostic says left bank running lean but that is it. It has an O2 sensor before and after the converter. What would give this code?

I have cleaned the mass air flow sensor several times. What resistor wires are you talking about, and the code I believe was P0107. Lean 2 Bank 1.

How would I check the O2 sensors. It has one before and after the converter? Is there a tester for them. I do not want to buy a bunch of sensors that I really do not need. It is the 3.4 V-6. I will be accepting your answers no matter what you think. I just would like to know what you think I should try first.

The truck is not california emission spec. I do have access to a scan tool also so if you can send the checks that will help me out.
